ON BOARD EXPERIENCE POLICIES
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
All reservations must be held with a credit card or by deposit depending on the service. We understand at times it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Please let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your scheduled service.
Check-in & Late Fee
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled service in order to check in and relax. For respect of our other passengers and our crew members, we adhere to a firm late policy. If you are running late for your appointment, please contact the studio immediately to inform us. If you are more than 15 minutes late -at the discretion of the crew member- your appointment will either be rescheduled or subjected to a $15 late fee, which will be added onto your cost of service for the day.
Please silence your cell phones upon your arrival. No phone use is permitted in Terminals S or M (skin care and makeup) until after your service(s) are completed. While we welcome quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking.
Additional Guest Policy
Due to the limited seating in our studio, we kindly ask that you only bring ONE additional guest with you to your appointment. In order to maintain our guaranteed one on one experience with your crew member, your guest must wait in our lounge area and are not permitted around the stations unless being serviced. If your guest has a scheduled service, they will be asked to wait in our Sky lounge until their appointment time. We have plenty of in-flight reads for entertainment and refreshments for your guest to enjoy while you are being serviced! We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our passengers. Many of our passengers are also parents and look forward to “me” time. For that reason, as well as safety/insurance concerns, children are NOT permitted in the studio unless they are being serviced. If a parent brings a child to the studio during their service, the service will need to be rescheduled at a later time when the child is not accompanying the parent.
Prescriptions/ Medical Conditions
Please be sure to inform our crew members of any medical conditions, pregnancy, doctor prescribed skin care or medications, as these may affect the results of your service.
All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed due to sanitary nature and high appeal of our products.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. Alllow 6~10 business days for processing and shipping. If needed by a certain date please contact us prior to placing a order to confirm time frame.
